At times a coach is a consultant, motivator, listener, teacher and a friend. Someone you can bounce ideas and questions off always getting a honest answer..

Dan’s job of a coach is to get the absolute very best out of you, and out of your business.

Dan will identify problems you never saw before. He’ll pin-point opportunities you never thought existed and he will give you an action plan and advice on how to grow and transform your business quicker, easier and faster!

Q. How is Dan different from other Beauty Success Coaches and Salon Business Consultants?

Dan is NOT a hairdresser. Dan is NOT a technician. Dan has never gone to beauty school. However, Dan is a successful salon owner, manager and owns four other businesses. He gets a major buzz from starting and building profitable businesses.

Dan is a student of business, social media, client attraction, and a well-compensated advisor to solo and multi-location salon and spa owners and beauty professionals all over the world.

Dan does coaching to keep himself sharp. He does it for fun. He doesn’t need the money. He gets a kick out of helping fellow salon and spa owners.

Q: Will the information I learn from your book or the strategies you teach apply to my situation? What if I have a very small salon or spa or a big, established spa or salon? What if I’m in a bigger city or a smaller rural community? What if I’m brand new or have been in business for 5, 10, or 20 years?

The ideas and concepts we discuss and teach are universal. There may be some unique characteristics in certain areas of the country but the basic principles of attracting more clients, retaining more clients, running a profitable business while working less in your salon or spa business can work anywhere.

If you consider McDonald’s restaurants for example you will find their system works in any region in almost every country in the world. There may be some slight regional differences but our salon and spa operational principles are universal.
